Host Response: Response times from individual hosts vary based on their recording schedules, research commitments, and booking availability. Most hosts review guest requests within 1–2 weeks, though this can take longer during busy periods.
What Affects Response Time
- Relevance to the show's focus – Requests that clearly align with a show's topics are prioritized
- Completeness of your submission – Including your background, topic, and any previous media appearances helps hosts evaluate fit quickly
- Current booking schedule – Hosts often book guests several weeks in advance
- Time of year – Holiday periods and conference seasons may delay responses
